Arnold and Brenda opened Tanglebank Gardens in 1996 starting with a greenhouse and it evolved, out of the skills of their children, with the opening of Brambles Bistro in 2012.

Brambles Bistro is devoted to creating inventive and mouthwatering flavours from scratch, embracing the art of homemade foods that will tantalize your taste buds and inspire you to create and explore your own kitchen. With a seasonally changing menu, their ingredients are sourced from their own backyard garden and from local providers whenever possible. In the bistro they combine hearty comfort foods with new twists and the artistry of West Coast fusion. Janet may choose to enjoy the Christmas lights, sit by the cozy fire on a rainy Winter day or head out to the patio in the Spring and Summer where she can sit amongst the flowers and enjoy the nature of their secluded property.
